Phoenix, Arizona —Cynthia A. Hammond of Churchill Commercial Capital, Inc. has arranged a $4 million loan secured by Flight Center, a retail center located at the entrance to the Deer Valley Airport in Phoenix, AZ. The property includes two single story retail buildings totaling 33,489 square feet. Recently completed, Flight Center was still completing its lease-up. Churchill arranged and closed permanent financing with the subject being 62% occupied. Churchill Commercial Capital arranged the financing for Business Properties Development through its life company loan correspondent, Assurant Capital Advisors.
