Scottsdale, Arizona —Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, Inc. closed a ten year, $2.1 million loan secured by The Villages at Pinnacle Peak, a 7,510 square foot, single building office condominium within a six building office condominium park, located at 10458 E. Jomax Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. George O’Connell with Churchill Mortgage of Arizona arranged the financing for Howard Lein Development Company, which was provided by The Arizona Worker’s Compensation Fund. Churchill and its affiliates service approximately $3.8 billion in commercial mortgages for nineteen correspondent lenders comprised of life companies, banks and pension funds.
